What is IXP?
An Integrated Experience (IXP) is a program where an individual takes part in both the membership program ( TMP ) and the exchange program of AIESEC.
Why is IXP important?
Beside the life challenging experience that you could have abroad The program allows your local committee to deliver more high quality leadership experiences to youth. AIESECers who go on exchanges understand the value of the program they are operating, and would be able to deliver better exchanges to more young people in Spain.
