Venture Brazil – Clube do Zero

Part of Venture Brazil: Work with Clube Zero to improve the startup’s success in its market. Clube Zero is the first subscription service for people with dietary restrictions (Celiac, lactose intolerant and Diabetics).

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Positions Available: Business Administration

As an intern, you will:

• Develop a SWOT analyses about the Startup, mapping the main gaps in terms of business and management inside the organization
•  Analyze the current and ideal state of the startup in terms of strategic planning, product development, finance projecting and HR plan
•  Planning development of main needs from the Startup in terms of company administration and support for managers
•  Implementation of the plan with short feedback periods and measurements evaluation
•  Report from project and operational plan development for one semester with clear KPIs

• AIESEC will provide a leadership development program alongside your internship. You will also be given an EP buddy, a local Brazilian AIESEC member to help you adjust to life in Brazil.
• Transport: AIESEC will pick you up at airport, and the company will either provide food or transport
