Part of Venture Brazil: Work with Kobe to improve the startup’s marketing. Kobe is a company that works with mobile software creation. They believe that if you work with freedom and responsibility you become happier, more creative and end up offering a greater experience to clients.

ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES

As an intern, you will:

 SALES AND PROSPECTION :

• Define target market for Startup Product with sales planning for the project – if necessary, plan strategies for CRM development
• Market research of new clients segmentation opportunity and prospection of strategic alliances – if necessary research about CRM models for startups
• Definition of new leads and sales plan with selling, attraction and partnership retention strategies – implementation CRM model
• Implement selling routine and clients acquisition for company – CRM testing and feedback
• Report from project and operational plan development for 1 semester implementation with CRM definition

DIGITAL MARKETING: 

• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
• Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content Create a regular publishing schedule.
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Promote content through social advertising.

INTERNATIONALIZATION

• External research of trends and international market analysis for the focused sector
• Research of sector for partners/strategic alliances and competitors analyzes based on key success factors; Marketing mix definition for international market
• Translation of international marketing materials for strategies
• Report from project and operational plan for internationalization and sales implementation.

• AIESEC will provide a leadership development program alongside your internship. You will also be given an EP buddy, a local Brazilian AIESEC member to help you adjust to life in Brazil.
