ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES

Positions Available: Business Administration and Sales and Prospection

SALES AND PROSPECTION

• Define target market for Startup Product with sales planning for the project – if necessary, plan strategies for CRM development
• Research new clients segmentation opportunity and prospection of strategic alliances – if necessary research about CRM models for startups
• Define of new leads and sales plan with selling, attraction and partnership retention strategies – implementation CRM model
• Implement selling routine and clients acquisition for company – CRM testing and feedback
• Report from project and operational plan development for 1 semester implementation with CRM definition.
• Develop a SWOT analyses about the Startup, mapping the main gaps in terms of business and management inside the organization
• Analyze the current and ideal state of the startup in terms of strategic planning, product development, finance projecting and HR plan
• Plan development of main needs from the Startup in terms of company administration and support for managers
• Implement plan with short feedback periods and measurements evaluation
• Report from project and operational plan development for one semester with clear KPIs

MARKETING 

• Generate a analysis of start up current x ideal state regarding marketing and market positioning
• Develop a 3 months implementation project in terms of the issues detected and strategic direction of the startup
• Develop new channels and communication strategies to increase the Startup’s market reach
• Implement the marketing and positioning operation plan for the startup focus
• Report from project and operational plan development for positioning and marketing for long term implementation.

• AIESEC will provide a leadership development program alongside your internship. You will also be given an EP buddy, a local Brazilian AIESEC member to help you adjust to life in Brazil.
