PROJECT DETAILS
Pro Niños is an NGO founded in 1993 and its purpose is that no longer a child or a teenager has to live in the streets. Work to engage youth involved in the NGO.
There are three types of profiles required:
- Office: You´ll be in charge of managing social media, design of mkt material, and the creation of surveys.
- Projects: You´ll be in charge of searching Fundraising for the NGO and the creation of campaigns.
- Education: Direct bonding with the children, also you´ll be performing street work with other volunteers.
Most of the activities will be developed outside Pro Niños de la Calle interacting directly with vulnerable children on streets that are candidates to receive foundation’s assistance. All three profiles will have interaction with children.
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES
As a volunteer, you will:
- Optimize the activities of volunteers, creating new educational activities-daily.
- Teamwork in the day-centre in activities relating to some hobbies of beneficiaries-weekly.
- Participate in recreational activities with children inside and outside Pro Niños de la Calle such as games and workshops of different topics.
- You may participate helping in planning Pro Niños de la Calle events.
- You will be participating in promotional events that may including Global Villages or other events during the practice.
LOGISTICS
- Transport: AIESEC will pick you up at the airport, but transport to work will not be provided
- Visa: None
- Housing and Food: Provided (2 meals)
- Additional Fee by Host Country: No
